Mr. Kazutaka Seki uses Umeda cedar and cypress to make round doghouses and 'American
pine', or Douglas fir, to make household furniture.
The woodworker became a new resident of Umeda in April, 1991. Inside his home, a
loghouse he built himself with Umeda cedar, many small itms smelling of fresh-cut wood are
displayed in his 'MAGO Studio'. |
